Navteq update

I have v. 7.0 nav. I feel I have the most current COMMAND Telematic update (it was done three weeks ago).

Anyone know if there was a Nav update between the 7.0 and the current? Can I use the most current release and it will build all from 7.0 forward or do I need those subsequent to 7.0 and current, if there were any? Needing only the current would be too cool.

Your help/guidance well direct me, as to what v. I should try finding and installing.

Thanks.

I upgraded from the original version on my car (forgot to negotiate an upgrade when I purchased) to version 8 directly with no issues. If you have the current telematics I can't imagine you'd need anything but the most recent command dvd to update.

Thanks for replying. Your migration was directly from v.7.0 to the most current, at that moment. That, I would think, would be issueless.

My interest/concern is can I simply load v.10.0 (most current), w/o putzing through rel. 8, rel. 9 etc. The net is, are rel. 8 and 9 bundled into rel.10, so to speak?

Load rel. 10, if Telematic is current and your flying free, with the most current, including all prior builds?

That's my uncertainty. Anyone done a "leap frog" update, say from rel. v.7.0 or v.8.0 directly to v.10 and things rocked okay?

All help appreciated.

Thanks.
