MCT gearbox in 2011 S63
As nice as the power is in the 2011 S63 TT, there is still no comparison to the S65. The paper specs might seem close, but in practice there are a mile apart. The S63 exhaust sound is rather nice though.
The biggest surprise is how harsh the MCT gear box is. You normally don't notice or feel the gear changes in an S class, but in S Mode in the 2011 S63 the car lurches whenever it changes gears, C mode is marginally better, but I think the combo engine/gear box needs some refinement. Anyone else test drive the 2011 S63? Did you notice this?
