Quick Question on 2007 S Comand Unit

If you are referring to AUDIO input (you stated Video, there is no Aux video) ... Depends on the VIN number of the car. Some early 2007 models can have one installed by the dealer, later 2007 have one in the glovebox. One of the problems, is most dealers are clueless about this, so you have to find a knowledgable sound system guy at the dealership.
Or you can install an iTronic Audio module and get it on the fiber ioptic network that way.

As from above, if you do not have the AUX video input yet, you can retrofit a cable that goes to the COMAND connector. With good instructions you can do it yourself (I've done it) even if an average workshop would not do it. You need Star to activate the input (the COMAND menu).

If I understand the OP, he already installed a Video In Motion module for several Aux video inputs, and wants to plug his iPod into one of them for Video from the iPod and now wants sound as well.
