Just wanted to post an update: Got the car back today. They installed both the Linguatronic and Phone control module including the UHI shoe in the center console. Also, to my surprise, they threw in the new version of the mercedes bluetooth puck! Couldn't believe it since the car wasn't supposed to come with it. All of the missing features have now been fixed except for the ambient light control in comand (which they are speaking to Mercedes-Benz Canada for a resolution) overall I'm extremely happy!

I feel pretty lucky to have great people at my dealership. I always come to these forums and read horror stories from other members and their local dealers. It's really too bad since everyone should deserves to have the best service available when it comes to our cars.

True... But keep in mind that most people are not into forums, and some stumble upon the forums only when they have a problem. That's why it looks like these cars are very problematic and dealers love to provideinadequate service.
I'm glad you're having a good experience wiyh yours and hope you don't have to visit them again unless it' for regular service.
