WOW $395 for an alignment if you need camber/caster adjusted

WOW $395 for an alignment if you need camber/caster adjusted
Called up Smythe European and talked to the SA about the wheel chatting issue, they all seems to shy away and say that could be normal? WTF
Anywho, Since I lowered the car quite a bit I asked for an alignment and mentioned that camber is definitely off and my front passenger side wheel caster is off by a tiny bit. He quoted me $395 to get it "close to specs" I think I'm going to spend the money and get front and rear kmac camber kits.
Does anyone one know of a good alignment shop beside the stealer that can work on our cars?
