Planning on Getting a S550 4Matic
So as the title says we are looking to get a S550 4Matic, and there is a 2008 and then a 2009 the 2008 has more features and is less money but the 2009 has some good features and is a year newer. What I really want to know is if there are any diffrences between the 08 and 09 S550 your help is greatly appreciated.

I have a perfect 2008 S550 4MATIC Sport for sale. I had since new,has 38000 miles,never smoked in,always kept in temp contolled garage. Leave me a message if your intrested and i will send specs and pics.This car will come with an extra set of wheels(amg 19") with Blizzak winter tires mounted.

2009 S550 4Matic
I just purchased a 2009 S550 4Matic but did compare it with the 2008. The only difference I could see were the window switches. In the 2007 and 2008 models, they are rocker switches whereas starting in 2009 they are your more common up and down switches. I found the switches in the 2008 model somewhat confusing and apparently so did others as the design was changed.
Other than the window switches, I believe the Premium 1 package that was an option for 2008 models is standard in 2009 models which includes the electronic trunk closure as well as heated and active ventilated front seats. The front and rear lights did not change until the 2010 model so the exterior is essentially the same.
