2011 tire sensor problems?

Had my car for about a week and its at the dealer getting my old rims swapped onto it. They said they're having trouble with the sensors. Has anyone else had this problem?

traded rims from a 2008 cl550 (19 inch sport package) on to my 2010 s550,the TPMs are different i am told. Now i am buying new tires and TPMs.
