They are probably aftermarket mufflers. The only way there are tips in the bumper for a non-sport package is if it was OEM S600, which I doubt.

So I guess the AMG sport pack also includes the body kit? But that would mean it would have the exhaust tips as well.

The sport package would have exhaust cutouts in a rear valence, similar to the AMG models.

If someone REALLY wanted that dual exhaust look, & wanted to keep it OEM, I'd just use the S600 v12 rear bumper & dual exhaust (see thumbnails below). It has cutouts, some pretty nice oval tips, & it's a better match if you don't plan on a full sport package upgrade. I wouldn't use the sport bumper with valance unless I planned to upgrade the front bumper & side skirts to match.
