Difference in S550 4matic Brakes?

The 2008 Sales Brochure makes no distinction between the S550 and the S550 4matic brakes but when I pulled the part numbers for my S550 4matic it pulls the rotors (front/rear) from teh S600 brakes. Is that right?

Would be good to have the car VIN but it does look like the rotors were the same for US models (assuming no option code 950 or 951 or at least the same for both cars).

VIN on my S550 4matic is WDDNG86X88Axxxxxx. When yo say "the rotors were the same for US models" are you saying the S550 and S550 4matic share rotors or the S550 4matic and S600 share rotors?

I mean your front rotors should be A2214211112 and this same part is used in US S600 models (221.176).

Nothing too exotic there, this same front rotor is used on a (European) SWB S250 CDI (221.003) with the option code 950. Obviously on many other 221 models too.

The US S550 (221.171) has A2214211012 front rotors.

Thanks! While clearly not as nice as the Euro S600 brakes, I suppose I have an upgrade from the standard S550 brakes at least.
