I had this tone of color interior in my 99 E430. There is small diff in the colors that you listed. For example the Tan color interior MBZs usually have different tan tons on different parts of the car. The top of the door panel is usually a true tan, while the lower dash and the middle of the doors are a few shades lighter. The tones seem to change with facelifts and new models.
As far as getting dirty, of course it doesn't hide dirt as well as a blk interior, but it wasn't the hardest interior to keep clean. I hated how the light color fabric that lined the lower door frame would get dirty from entering and exit of the vehicle.
