W124, W126, W140, W220, W222, R129
COMAND not turning on...
Got into my car this morning and the COMAND system is not turning on. I left it for a few hours and tried again, and still got nothing. At this point I decided to break out the STAR. STAR said it is not getting any communication from the CAN.

Maybe its time to upgrade to the latest COMAND system, if it has to be redone.

Any idea if this could just be a bad hard drive? I have no idea where to start.

Did you check the fuse? And the connector at the rear of the COMAND unit?

I checked the fuses in the rear armrest area. The 7.5 and 10 on spots 121 & 122. How do I remove the unit to get to the connections?
