Ask for a transaction printout. Get money factor applied, cap cost, and residual. Make sure you also know dealer cost of car so you can compare it to cap cost.

Los angeles area. 3k includes 1st month payment bunch of fees. Car was sold to me at 85,700.00 from 99 735.
Pretty good deal. 24 months lease 1075 including tax... magnitite black with black interior.

Are you sure you got 14k discount on the 2012? I'm getting a 878 without tax.
With a 11k discount, I am getting closer to your number.
