Hello! Recently bought a brand new wood steering wheel(new style MY2009-10) to swap a sport one on my 2008 S550. The guy,who was trying to change the wheel,told me that airbag from MY2008 not gonna fit on new style steering wheel and that I have to buy new compatible airbag. I would really appreciate any advice from members who did a similar swap already. Can anyone confirm that it's true?
