Massage seats and dynamic cornering not working properly
Have any of you guys had issues with this?
The dynamic seats that push out the side bolsters as you corner are not working on the drivers side. The massage function has recently become very loud with a mechanical noise around shoulder level that comes on every time am air bladder inflates no matter where it is located. Also, I hear a whooshing air noise coming from around shoulder height as well, which I am darn sure is a disconnected hose or defective bladder.
Have any of you guys here experienced this?
The guys at Fletcher here in Las Vegas are worse than worthless. They won't acknowledge there is a problem and keep referring me back to their 'fancy tests for air pressure', asking them to sit in the car and listen for it seems like a totally foreign idea to them. I am at my whits end with these monkeys and will be the last MB I own here (From numerous other issues which take on average 1.5 years to be acknowledged and addressed). I can only get things looked at by calling MBUSA and complaining to them to contact the dealer themselves. What a worthless dealer

it sounds like normal operation...could you record a youtube video maybe so we could hear the noise? the dynamic seats should be working...its not covered under warranty though, not even extended warranty! ughhh good luck

So your saying dynamic seats are not covered under warranty at all? Can you say red flag?

my seats also make the air release noise from the back of the seat. that noise is just the air bladders releasing the air, but if your car is making a "whooshing air" noise, it could be different...im dreading the day my multi contour seats stop working...i already have squeaks and rattles that are not covered by the extended warranty i bought and the car has 60K miles

I am picking up the car tomorrow and will upload a video to youtube so hopefully you can hear what I am talking about. This is a new noise and I'm sure it is not normal, just sounds like air blowing out of a line and not the normal noise that sounds like the blood pressure machine that you put your arm into.
