Tire and Wheel Protection Question

I purchased the Tire and Wheel protection and from what I understand it covers pretty much everything. Recently, both of my right side tires lose pressure after a while (2 days). The front one more so than the rear one.

I am not sure why. I know that if I hit a nail or a pothole and the tire got a gap in it, I am covered and they would replace them, but with this I am not sure because I cannot see the damage. Not sure how it happened.

For any of you with experience or knowledge on this, am I covered for this under the warranty

Why not check with your dealer to see if they would replace the tires under warranty? After all, no matter what we think or say will change their opinion.

Excellent program, I've had two tires replaced and just recently my dealership replaced all four of my wheels. All at no additional charge to me.

What did you do to your tires that you had them replaced?

Both times they replaced the tires, I had a knot in the sidewall of each the tires resulting from hitting a pothole. The process was quick, the dealership took care of all the paperwork.
