W222 - when might it go on sale in the U.S.?
Is there a consensus as to when the W222 will be delivered to U.S. customers? I have a 2008 now and need to buy an extended warranty, and want to figure out how long to go (will probably aim to take it into late in the second year of availability of the new generation S).
