OK..Return them then for a refund..Remeber to talk to customs and make sure they ship as returns....Or we will have major trouble. You also have to ask customs in your country to get tax and customes back.

My 2cents...while I can see how frustrating the situation can be for all parties involved, those with these "defective" mirrors should try and be a little bit more patient. Especially since Chrisetheswede is actively working with you guys to get it resolved AND one member is already making progress.
Since not every member is a DIYer to tackle these issues, Christheswede might need to cover the cost of implementing the solution that the one member seems to be making progress with. A small percentage of the total cost of the mirrors should work.
This entire experience doesn't have to end in a negative manner. Part of good business is being able to manage client disputes, product-defects and client relationships in a positive manner. And am sure many of us other members are still interested in these aftermarket mirrors since "stealership" prices are daylight ****-rape.

Nothing is actually from the beggining negative from my side...We will make it work...As i said from the beggining. I have also offered compensations..Just not openly here but on PM. It is between us who is involved. And I also want to say I am VERY happy with the pacience from the guys involved and we will work it out. I spoke to my suplier and he have the same problems from other buyers than me. So we keep working on this and if you DONT want to wait you can return it but it have to be done the right way.

Quote: Ok fellas I got the best fix so far, I got dipping and memories to work 100%, only thing is my controls that are side to side work up and down, and up and down work side to side, but I got my memory to work so all I do is hit driver 1 and everything works and when I reverse my passenger dips and when I drive it goes back up, here's what you need to do if you want to get this to work first you need to install the own mirror motors which are 1718201042 then on the wiring harness from Chris cable the black plug that you pull out of your door the number 3 and 4 wire you need to cut and switch them, that will have your memory and dipping working, mine work perfectly, now all I need to do is find which 2 wires control the side to side, and up and down so I can cut them and switch them. But at least I can get in car hit my memory 1 and my mirrors work and reverse dipping and everything, so CHRIS if we can figure out which wires are mirror control wires and we switch them we are goooooodddddd. The motors are on eBay I seen them for 55 dollars and I seen them for 70 dollars as well, I took my oem mirror motors and did the fix now I just need to buy them on eBay and sell my old oem mirrors
Good info.I'm glad you figure out a solution!

Can you please post the mirror wiring diagram so that we can figure out which wires are what?

That's all we need is to figure out which wires control the up and down and the side to side and we can put this problem to rest so if anyone can help or know someone to get this wiring diagram we would really appreciate it

The same way how you figure out how the parts come off your car? Don't you have access to the pdf files? Or something like that? btw I'm still waiting for your PM response.

Ok, here's a little update. I swapped out the passenger mirror motors and switch the #3,and #4 wire in the "BLACK"connector as JT.S550 mentioned. Now auto dip,and memory work like OEM. The left/Right,up/down moves opposite. So that's something else I'm sure we'll figure out. Now for the driver mirror. I swapped out the motors and left the wires alone. And everything works. Except the up/down is working in reverse. Any idea on this fix? I have hope that they will be a 100% with these mirrors in no time. So anyone with any info, please chime in.

Would it help if I take pictures of my connectors and wiring off the control module. I used OE and wiring based off WIS manual.

All functions worked from the beginning.

The motors bolted right in but it doesn't bolt same way as OEM the cable in oem is on the opposite side , in other words the green plug is on the left side in the OEM drivers mirror and in the facelift mirror it's on the right side, which means if motor mounted the same way as in the OEM we are done everything works perfect but because it's actually in a 45 degree turn to the right the controls are backwards, I tried to take apart motor to see if it can be turn but it will not line up so we just need to figure out our control wires and we are done

There's a few guys on here have access to the WIS workshop. And they can have the diagram pulled up. I've tried asking them, but no one answered back yet. The face lift motor was held by 1centered screw.and the old ones had 3 outter screws. But those screws bolted right in the face lift frame? What I'm curious about is, when I put in the old motor for the driver side. Why is only the up/down adjustments are mixed up. But everything else works? Does that mean the passenger side should be the same? Or the wires #3,#4 is for memory/auto dip? I havnt had any time to mess with the wires. But if someone can come up with the wiring diagram.that would really be a BIG help.

How about putting the right motor on the left side? Is that even possible?

I opened up Chris's motor the mother board is right there , on the OEM it's totally different like there's no motherboard but just connections to motor etc etc, when we swapped motors and changed 3,4 wire it's All good but motor doesn't sit correctly, the only way to this fix is that wiring diagram or if someone knows how to test wires in order to find which are control wires

The motors right now are sitting in Chris's mirror housing and if you look at motors center it looks like a letter J when it's suppose to sit like a letter L, what I'm talking about is the two rectangular opening in front face if the motor

Ok, so I disconnected 1 of the wires in the black connector, and it stopped the up/down function to work. Is that mean 1 wire control both up and down? I didn't have time to mess around more with the wires, but shouldn't up/down have 2 wires controlling it? I also plug in the facelift motor into the old mirrors, and tried that out (driver mirror). Only the left/right control were mixed up. So I swapped out wire #4,#9 and it fixed the problem?? Now up/down,left/right all work properly with the facelift motor in the old mirrors. This is getting close!!
