Ok boys I think we got it,

BLACK PLUG WHITE PLUG
8,10 Turn signal. 7,8,9,10 Mirror Adjustments 9 is the +5v
1,6 Auto dimming 5,6 Mirror Ambient lighting
5,7 Mirror heating 3,4 Mirror Folding
3,9,4 Mirror memory

On white the 9 is +5v so I don't think we touch that I think we just play with 7,8,10 til we get the direction of mirror adjustment that we want, I got this from the WIS and I'm going to try this later on when I get home from work, but I'm sure this is it

Looks like a small mistake above (or you name the wires differently from what I would do), the white plug (connector #2) pins 7, 8, 9 & 10 are for the mirror position sensors, potentiometers, pins 3, 4 and 9 on connector #1 are for mirror adjustment motors.

Would be nice to know the internal circuit diagram of the after market mirrors, otherwise it is a bit difficult to find the correct match. Like for the drive motors one would need to know which wire is the common one for both motors (although a multimeter should help finding that).

I would first try to figure out how to make the mirrors move correctly. Then if the memory function does not work right, then the potentiometer wiring needs to be swapped.

Well what I did originally was the aftermarket wires I matched them up with the OEM wires and had to change number 3,4 which made mirrors work properly, the only thing is the I swapped our aftermarket motors for original and it work but oem motor doesn't sit exactly like aftermarket which is why up and down is side to side but now we know 7,8,9,10 is the Mirror up/down adjustment potentiometer and mirror in/out adjustment potentiometer. The 3,4,9 are the mirror up/down adjustment motor and in/out adjustment motor which we know is the memory because earlier on the aftermarket plug I had to switch 3,4 and my memory and auto dipping started working

Good info. I'm glad someone was able to read the diagram. I have hope in this fix!

Hey guys if I'm reading this right on the white plug which is the number 2 plug if we switch the 7,8 we should be good the 7 controls the up/down and the 8 is in/out the 9 and 10 wires get tapped into by 7 and 8 I'm almost positive that's it will know when I get home from work

So is that mean I should switch the 3,4 wire back to normal?

No that's the auto dipping and memory leave that alone, the 7,8,9,10 is what we gotta do to get controls right the 9 wire is the +5v and the 10 seems to be the ground so the way I read it is the 7,8 need to be switch and that should do it, let me know because I'm working late and dying to know if that's the fix, remember the 3,4 was on the black plug but 7,8,9,10 is white plug

Dont you think you can get the motors that it came with to work by switching around as well?

I tried switching around the 7,8,9,10 wires from the "white" plug. But nothing happened? I then unplug the white plug to see if the mirror would adjust, and it did?

I switch the plugs around as well and nothing but I did lose memory, on the black plug I switched back the 3,4 and I got side to side working correctly but no memory the up and down were opposite, unless I read diagram wrong which I'm almost sure I didn't I just don't know , I gotta still jump wires around

Strange!! Is it possible to just swap the complete wiring harness to the new mirror, and use the old motors as well?

They do work same except the OEM motors do not sit in same position as aftermarket motors that's why we think our controls are backwards when they are in fact not , so motors are sitting wrong now we gotta figure how to flip wires to get controls working as we see mirrors move

I think the company has some motor wiring units mixed up? Because my driver side facelift mirror w/old motors works. But only up/down adjustments are mixed up. But on my driver side, all the up/down, left/right are mixed up? Another member has both his mirror adjustments mixed up like my pass side mirror?

I just wanna rip both mirrors apart and look at its wire harness. For all I know, a 10year old probably put these mirrors together in a warehouse!

I ordered one motor 2010-2012 to see how that works since the wiring is the same from 2007

What if your wiring is mixed up. Isn't the new motor going to not function properly? Reason I said that is because you said your driver side is all mixed up like the pass side mirror? Where only my pass side is all mixed up. But on my dru over side, only the up/down is in reverse?

I looked at wiring diagram and it's the same for 2007-2012 so our problem is memory works but because mirror motors are not sitting properly our controls are backwards so I'm ordering OEM mirror motor 2010-2012 to see if that's the fix, my wiring harness is same as OEM and if diagram is correct then all we need is 2010-2012, dealer has 4 different motors for those years but since I got the 3 memories, auto dipping , auto dimming, they said I needed 221 820 5442 so I ordered it and I'm at the point if that don't work I'm going to lay them down in the street and run them over again again and put it on YouTube...
