Debadging my W221

I want to debadge my W221 S500 using the hairdryer & dental flos method.

Does anyone know if there are mounting holes behind the letters ?

Not behind the letters, I ordered my car without the letters.
Not sure about THE star on the trunk.

Will leave the star on, just want to make it look cleaner without the letters .

If I do use this method can always put back, should not damage anything.

Mine is partially without the letters as code 265B states in the datacard..

I debagged the E with that method.
Letters are still in the car.

Best to measure distance of letters to side And top And also take pictures in case you want to put the letters back on.

There are never holes behind letters.
