the bolster comes out of the seats but they dont massage .... anyone know why ?

Do not quite understand what you mean with bolster comes out of the seat , but common issue with the dynamic seats is that there is a blatter leak and so the system cannot inflate.. or a pump failure ..does your right seat inflate and massage?
Do you have option 432?

Yes it inflates but does not massage both the driver and pass seats

Can't be they worked when I picked up the car last month 2or 3 times I recall then just stopped ... So that's not the reason

Maybe a fuse hehe ?Can you find it in the menu etc. Does it turn on ..do you get any feedback from comand etc what exactly happens there or not??

The bladder does come out and when I use the dial it does show on the screen the difference in the pressure and I do feel the bladder expanding but it does not move. It did about 2/3 weeks ago but now it just expands. Not sure if we this all makes sense

Do you have the different massage settings ,like quick and firm or slow and soft ,I have four different massage settings but not sure how its called in English as I am from Holland and obviously my menu is in Dutch ..but there are definately 4 different settings to choose between to massage your back and that is something different then the seat adjustments you can make with the cushions..its the next menu ..

before what happened was there was a setting on the screen then I turned the dial which either increased or decreased the the "bladder" thats all I really see here. Maybe I need to take it MB Dealership and have them check it out. I hate to throw the $$$ away if its a simple setting without spending the $180 USA p/hr charge.

Really weird ,maybe another member rings in ..but I have several settings for the different seat-cushions and one of the menu's is the 4 different settings for massage
Have you checked in the manual as well? Hope you can find the issue without paying a ton..

So what you are saying is you once had ALL these settings and now you do not

My s550 has the seat button next to my command knob but my car is not fitted with massage seats. All i can control on my nav screen is the lumbar.

from reading this it maybe the "PRE-SAFE® has been activated" how do I take that off.... it may be that which is preventing the seats from "multicontour" and “Pulse Mode”

I had the same problem with my passenger front seat. My wife told me that the massage didn't seem to work anymore, and I took it to my local dealer. Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville took care of it while I waited! There was a part broken in the seat. Although my warranty had just expired, the Service Manager ( Josh Mills ) covered the repair for Free!! Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville ALWAYS takes excellent care of my family and our vehicles. If your local dealership is anything like mine, I suggest giving them a call. It never hurts to ask

I cant even get the Service Manager in Huntington, NY to reply to an email I believe MBusa even reached out...
