What exactly does NAV-TV do? Is it vehicle in motion?
Can someone please explain this. Just opened up my dash to find the module wired up and working. At least I think it is. It has the non rear camera showing on command screen in reverse. IS THIS VIDEO IN MOTION? When I hit the mute button twice, screen goes blank but you can hear the DVD playing. Does it need to play through the navigation? Also it's tied in to headrest monitors connected to a DVD changer in the back some how. Lots or wires. But can't seem to stream any video to the headset. They turn on and so do the headrest but I get something. Anyone with some insight?

The dealer says they have to replace my whole command. Did this nav tv damage it? As I mentioned earlier, there is a old school DVD changer in the back tied into the headrest tvs that don't seem to work well, they only show the reverse cam when I put it in reverse.
This is what is under my dash. Model w221 cam
