Kmar,
Depending on what type of look you are going for you may not need to purchase a defusser at all. The link below is from a thread that CL55 Serge posted some picture when he was doing his tail ight conversion. What he did was cut off his rear apron so that he could fit some quads, you could do the same thing or get an entirely S63/S65 new bumper with the diffuser included. Depending on if you gou aftermarket or OEM it can be very pricey. Now in regards to the S63 exhaust tips, you would need to have an exhaust should install those for you, prices vary from $100 to $500 depending on who does it and how they do it.

thanks man, but i think i just want to go with the basic amg s550 look...just the square shaped tips... would i just need the 2012 diffusor and the tips? and will in just bolt up?

MBWorld Fanatic!
Why spend all that money just to do a 550 facelift when doing a 63/65 facelift is arguably around the same price and more aggressive looking?

I would think if you're just tryimg to get the look of the 2011 plus MY S550s, I think you would still have to replace the entire bumper. I don't think you can simply swap out the diffuser, espically if you have the non-portline option. I don't this you will have any issues with the exhaust tips, the main issues are going to come from intergrating the diffuser with your current bumper.
I believe this is the look that your going for that are in the attached photos right? If so, definitely a entire bumper replacement (I maybe wrong, but I would expect this to be the case).
