If you had searched “battery” in bulletins sticky above following service campaign (free MB repair even out of warranty) and bulletin may apply.

SC 2011110013 2010-2012 221, fatigue of the high voltage fuse may occur due to excessive load dealer will update battery software.

P-B-54.10/195 221.171/176/179 up to VIN A086500, flash the Vehicle Power Supply control module (BNS) via Star Diagnosis menu path: Control units -> Body -> BNS – Vehicle power supply module -> Control unit adaptations -> Control module programming.
