How to vent

Please excuse my ignorance but I have read the manual and can find no information on how to "vent" the vehicle. By "venting" I mean to only use outside air with no ac or heat. Does anyone know how to vent or is it even an option on the W221?

Thanks!

On my W212 there's an "A/C" button that, when lit, means that the air conditioner's compressor is running and, when not lit,the compressor isn't running.Just engage the dash vents and make sure the botton isn't lit,and set the fan speed.

W221 doesn't have an AC button. It has an on/off button, temp control, and fan speed. I just want to vent outside air in with no temp control.

The W221 has the AC button on the command screen at the bottom when your climate control is engaged. When you turn on your climate control via the dash mounted buttons, it should show on the screen that it is engaged. At this point, at the bottom of the screen in the center should be "on". Click that with your rolly mouse and a menu should pop up regarding a/c on or off and rear climate control option.

Otherwise, no venting without climate control. Same with my w220.
