Left rear sits lower than right rear

I read here that there is a 1/2 inch to 1 inch difference when the car sits in park. My left rear always sits about 1 inch lower than the right, it's a noticeable difference. When I drive it sort of even itself out, but the inside of my left rear tire wears every 3 months. I am not getting any error codes or issues on the dash. Does anyone if this is normal or could it be a strut? Thanks.

The tire wear is an alignment issue. Perhaps have the alignment adjusted and that may reveal the issue. However, the rear end sagging would not be caused by an alignment issue, but, the alignment issue would be cause by the suspension geometry.
