Low beam not enough at 70 mph night time

Low beam not enough at 70 mph night time
2012 S550 - Could really use an extra 150 feet of visibility. Ran over 18 wheeler tire tonight.

Had same issue with friends Low Beam on Lexus LX470 and LS460. Anyway - can Low Beam be lifted? Substitution with different assembly?

Deer and Javelina are entirely another risk....High Beam is perfect.
All suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Can always go with HD2500 - it always wins and survives!
