My W220 has the stock 16.in wheels. The tires are GT Radials (I think).
Note that the W221 I took for a test drive had the S600 rims (19.in wheels). Plus the dash said low tire pressure on the W221. Also it must have been the continental tires or a faulty tire pressure sensor or that the shocks were tiring and one was replaced or the shock arms were not aligned after replacement.

Be very careful, there could be some major repair expenses.
The air bladders in the dynamic seats may have failed or be near failure. This can cost $5000 to repair.

Verify the transmission was serviced at about 40,000 miles.

Spark plugs may need to be changed, this can easily be several hundred dollars.

Tires can easily cost over$1500.

This vehicle has two batteries (one under the hood to start the engine, the other in the trunk to power all of the electronics). The one under the hood is a unique size that is nearly impossible to find except at dealers for a few hundred dollars. The battery in the trunk is more widely available, but could easily still cost close to $200. The original batteries could still be in the vehicle. My starter battery failed after 6 yrs, 9 months. My trunk battery is still original after 7.5 years.

Verify that everything in the vehicle is in proper working order.

Bottom line-- Be prepared for potentially $5000 to $10000 in repair/maintenance costs within a year or two.
