Should I purchase this 2010 S550?
Local MB dealer has a 2010 S550 with 36k miles, non-cpo but still under warranty. Has AMG sport package and PP2. Clean carfax. One thing that strikes me as odd is the carfax has no record of any maintenance/service/repairs being done.

Asking price is $46k.

I currently have an '08 E350 with similar equipment and 59k miles that I would trade in.

So what do you all think of the the price for the '10 and what do you think I should offer as a trade difference?

It seems like a good deal, avergae KBB is 50k and up ..MMR on this car is between 39 to 46 depends on condition ... I would also buy a good extended warranty . And call it a day ..
