Hello,
I have recently aquired my dads 2007 S550 and it is showing a MALFUNCTION error on the screen.
I have walked the car and see that the car is sitting bagged on the bottom right, and the left rear looks raised up, im guessing because the right is so low?
But it doesnt always stay like this, sometimes the car levels itself out and stays that way for a while.
What could be the issue? If its a common issue, what should I expect to pay to fix it?
Thanks!
This is the non 4matic model

Hard to say exactly what part of the airmatic suspension is bad though it could well be the strut. A company named Arnott sells reman struts for considerably cheaper than the dealer
