Where is consumer battery in this model

Depending on the year or your vehicle, it may not have one. Mine is a 2012 and I do not have the second consumer battery.

If it is the S320 CDI from your profile, it must be a pre-facelift W221 and then the consumer battery is behind the rear seat almost in the middle of the car.
You can access it from the boot by removing the panel behind the rear seat (removed from the boot).
