Comand acting up strangely... many issues

Comand acting up strangely... many issues
My comand appeared fine at dealer pickup time but of course now I'm noticing some oddities.
1. Comand voice control won't work at all, the button occasionally brings up the menu but never beeps to alert you to speak. you have to hit the on off button to get it to clear or wait for it to time out...
2. Bluetooth microphone fails on occasion even with mic = on in the corner of screen
3. in Audio and some other areas the controller or something keeps moving the focus to the center. For example in audio it will focus on the station list but won't let you click up to a new source..
4. it appears that the bluetooth issue mic failure is somehow related to deleting and repairing the devices. (using the all black puck, I have the older one as well , no change)
It acts 'buggy' essentially, do they have much for updates on these out there? Have you seen similar issues?
