I have 27500 mi on odometer. When I call the dealer am I going to ask for a 30000 service or a Service A or Service B. Konig sent me the Service Sheet for MY2011, Still confused. BTW the assist says Service C in 107 days. It did say Service B in 2800mi recently. Doesn't say anything about Service B when I check now( have checked a few times). Thanx

The car just concluded that one more service item needs to be taken care of and changed from service B to service C. All of your service B items will still be there plus one or more new ones.
You can read from the "hidden" service menu the actual individual service topics.

OK Carters550 told me how to get into the hidden Menu...THX
Under SERVICES DUE was Service 2,3,4,5 & 10. I found descriptions of Service numbers on a 07 W221 Service sheet from Konig.
The 2011 Service sheet does not name them. I don't know why.
Service 2 = Various check items
Service 3 = Oil Change and filter
Service 4 = Brake Fluid change
Service 5 = Combo Filter change
Service10 = Lube/Ck Pano Roof.
So my guess is that these extra services are why my vehicle say Service C upcoming rather than Service A. Please correct me if I am wrong.

You may know this, but the letters that the instrument cluster displays corresponds with the number of hours the car estimates for the service to last. For example, adding a fuel filter and air filter will take some additional time, so if that has not been changed in a predetermined amount of time, it will increment the service letter to provide an estimate of time for the work needed.
