Exclamation Having Problems Please Help 2010 S550

Hi MB World Members.... I am having some issues with my 2010 Mercedes S550 W221 that I really need help with addressing When I select navigation it say activating Nav but nothing happens. Also when I try to pair my phone with bluetooth nothing happens. The last item is when I set the radio stations and I turn the car off the stations are lost... Can anyone steer me in the right direction to correct these issues... Almost forgot, the clock changes everytime the car is turned back on. Hitting my head on the curb overhere

It sounds like a battery issue. When the voltage of the battery hits a certain point, many systems will not operate. With the battery in your car being 4+ years old, I would probably start there. The battery having too little voltage would certainly explain the station memory being reset.

Do you think I should try charging the battery or should I change it. If I need to change it would you recommend Genuine Mercedes Benz or AC Delco? Thanks ImInPA One more question, does this year have 1 or 2 batteries...

I changed the battery today and now the clock stays set. The radio stations continue to delete one I turn the car off... Any other things I can try?
