tire warranty adjustment, out of round Continental ContiProContact
Anyone had any luck with Continental Tire providing a prorata adjustment?Vibration in steering wheel and seat. Mercedes dealer says 2 tires on passenger side are out-of-round. Have excessive road force. one at 36, other at 38. 32,300 miles. Continental ContiProContact 255/40r 19 100V. 3 are apparently originals, one was replaced. Replaced tire and 1 original are bad. Tread left is 5cm and 7cm. I bought the car certified in January with 26,000 miles on it.

CPO will require a dealer to replace tires that have insufficient tread depth before the car passes cert but Mercedes does not then become the warrantor of the tires themselves. I think you're probably on your own. Good opportunity to switch to Michelin Pilot Sports. Much smoother riding tire.
