facelift headlight...night vision
Hey Guys,
Looking to do a headlight facelift on a 2007 s550 equipped with night vision.
i found a set of facelift headlights on ebay that are equipped for the night vision feature.
My question is, besides the night vision feature that differentiates it from the non-night vision equipped headlights, are the BI-XENON HEADLICHT W.ACTVIE CURVELIGHT RIGHT-DRIVE and CORNERING ILLUMINATION feature standard on headlights with night visions? Also, my Vin data card shows "Bi-Xenon" but the ebay ad for the facelift headlights say "xenon led headlight". Is there a difference in "xenon" and "bi-xenon"?
My Vin data shows i have night vision and these two features associated with the headlights. I basically want to make sure am getting the right facelift headlights so i don't loose any features.
thanks for your help

There is a difference between bi-xenon and xenon headlights. However, I thought all s550 headlights were bi-xenon. Maybe someone else can chime in to confirm. I too have a s550 with nightvision so I'm probably the wrong person to respond.

when you are not in the know about something, it definitely leaves you lost.
All these different variations of headlights got me scared with the facelift. I don't want to purchase the wrong one and make an expensive mistake.
Just need some guidance on which headlights to get. wish it was as easy as getting the plug n play ones but its not. The night vision and whatnot make it hard...to know which headlights to get.

I plan to go with MB original headlights. I just need to know which facelift (2010+) headlights correspond to the ones and current features i have now...so many different headlights with different part numbers.
On parts.com, there are 2 different types of headlights..one set with night vision (2218201959 and 2218202059), and the other set without night vision (2218201359 and 2218201459). Do I just buy the set with night vision and expect all my features to work with it. Or are there other variants with night vision?
