I have a 2010 W221 with the iPod integration kit in the glove box. However, I need to have the OEM A/V aux jacks there. Can anyone direct me on where I can obtain the kit/part (part #) or direct me otherwise. I cannot locate this on the parts schematics.

Not sure there are AV jacks if there's no backseat video package. (By A/V you mean red/white/yellow female RCA jacks?).

Yes, the RCA (R,W,Y) socket.

I DO have the factory rear entertainment center AND SplitView.

It's shown on page 187 of the 2010 owner's manual; in the Audio Aux and Video Aux section.
