Went for service recently and asked about my Extended Warranty with MB. I want told what warranty. He treated me like I was lying until I showed him the paperwork with the receipt. I had to call back and get some answers. I found out that MBUSA deleted the warranty and didn't even refund the money. It was reinstated even though they didn't want too. It had to go higher up the chain. Just a heads up check your VMI if you have an extended warranty with MB. Your service advisor can show it to you. Does not include aftermarket warranties.

Amazing! Extended Warranty was bought from your service provider or a different Dealer? Does the EW transfer to a subsequent Buyer? I was planning to run a few EW traps,

Donny...It was bought from a different dealer and it does transfer like a Cpo would.
