facelift tail lights?

facelift tail lights?
Hi there, Im currently looking to uprade the Tail lights on my w221 2008 to the facelift ones. i was just wondering is it possible to do this on a S320 because all of the videos I have seen the cars used were S550, S65 & S63 and living in the UK these are not cheap cars to run and they may have a different chassis so the s320 hence why Im here asking if anyone else has done it. There are a few of the tail lights on ebay that claim to be plug and play but has any one tried them?
