Update / Enable VIDEO WITH STAR?

Is it possible? What are the steps for a 2007? Would like to update navi and add video playback. I have STAR Tool.

If you arereferring to enabling video in motion,
I am 99% sure that can only be done by tricking the wiring to always in stationary position,
And that can only achieve by installing Video in Motion module.

Actually any Mercedes Tech with the knowedge can enable Video In Motion on the cars that are serviceable by the DAS system and allow offline manual coding, however they typically won't as the setting for a car are determined by MBZ and the Dept Of transportation or similar organization of the target country, and they like to keep their jobs. In the past the setting is on the same menu as the speed limitation setting -on the "Prohibitive Menu". Outside of that you need what aznevovii is saying a 3rd party modem that sends signals to the car's computers that makes the systems register that the car is not moving over 3kmph in speed.
