The navigation is error
It's working but it's not correct a place.
What's the problem
How I can correct my place in navigation

Take car into dealer, have them inspect, reset, and reload the software of the COMAND Unit.

Most often this happens when the navi does not see any satellites (broken GPS antenna or some other fault). Have a look at the navi menu that shows how many satellites are visible.
