Headlight/Tail light upgrade

I've been reading here and there about some of the current kits in the market to upgrade the headlight/tail lights, I'd like to upgrade the ones on my S500 /2009, however I'm looking for something that is 100% plug and play, as I don't want to embark into an electrical engineering project, so, what are my best options out-there? any suggestions? I need to put that on my list for Mama Claus

there are after market headlights and taillights for the w221 that are plug and play. message Gary on here for the taillights. I don't think he carries the headlights. But you can find them on ebay.
Keep in mind if your car is equipped with the night vision feature, it won't with the aftermarket headlights.

From what I've seen, the 2010+ tail lights can be had for around $400 for the pair. The after-market ones are plug and play. Going OEM is much more expensive and there are wiring alterations that have to be done. So after-market tails that perfectly match OEM, are plug and play, and much cheaper than OEM seem like a no-brainer to me. The head-lights are crazy expensive IMO and not worth the price of admission. I'd rather spend my money on the AMG body kit for less money and have the whole car updated other than the headlights.
