Future technology?

I think cars are already almost as safe as you can make them in the US....especially MB. We've had mainstream hybrid tech for at least 15 years and mileage is always improving with better performance via forced induction. Electric cars with decent range and performance now exist, especially through Tesla. WIFI now exists in some cars (which seems stupid to me), tech is available to pipe in music from several sources including the internet, cars are filled with airbags galore (although I'm sure there will be more to come), some tech is updatable though your phone. We even have massaging seats!
What other major items can we possibly see in the next 5-10 years?
1. Cars that fully drive themselves so the driver can take a nap or read the paper?
2. Flying cars? I don't think we'll realistically see this in the mainstream market for over 50 years....if ever.
3. Other types of mainstream fuel? Solar? Water? Recycled garbage?
4. A happy ending device to follow the massage? This would likely work best with option #1 above.
I'm interested in people's thought about how cars will be made better in the future....and what kind of meaningful technology might be coming.
