Can you install 18" MB wheels on a w221 s600
Will the brakes/suspension permit you to get an 18" wheel on an S600...say the wheel from a standard s550.
I know it will look stupid, lame, etc, but I'm just asking.

Yep. 18x8.5 43mm offset wheels 255/45R18 tires is an OEM 18" fitment on a 221. There's going to be a lot of sidewall but the overall diameter of the wheel won't change much.
