I made this a while back and don't think I posted it. I love this feature, which also comes with a wireless remote that lets you control the whole car from any seat.

It's a very rare option. If don't have the motorized screen adjustment buttons on the dash in your 2010-2013 car, you have Splitview.
It was available on 2010-2013 W221's. It's illegal in some states, and in mine, but I made sure I had it turned on.

Sounds like my 2013 S 550 should have the split view capability. But the video shows that I need a remote control. However, all of the remote controls claim that you need to have the rear seat entertainment option for it to work. And the software claiming that my particular car needs a particular DVD remote, gives the information for the 2014 model. So I'm wondering if there's some overlap between the command system in the 2013 and the 2014 so that they use the same remote. So I guess I'm going to the dealer to figure out what's what.
