Lower Control Arm Bushing Problems?

Ive been chasing an annoying squeak from the front passenger side of my 221. It squeaked when I turn the wheels turn and while going down the road. I was told that my lower control rear control arm bushing was bad and I was wondering if this is a problem on our cars. My car was bone stock and under 50k miles and this seemed like an issue with higher mileage cars.

I have found posts about other squeaks but I was wondering if anyone else has had to replace this part and is this the actual issue?

2014 E350 also restored: 1969 Camaro convertible SS 1957 Chevy Belair 2dr hardtop
I had left front knuckle and left front bearing replace with only 4,000 miles on the car. Car was a year old.

Find a shop with chassis ears and stop guessing what squeaks
