Is that right? How do you know it's less expensive/hassle to maintain than the S600? The car he's looking at has most of the options that come standard on the S600, except for ABC and Nightview. The M278 engine has much less of a history than the 5.5 V12 which has been around since 2003, so long term reliability is hard to determine yet. I can maybe see your point with ABC as it has a history of more leaks than Airmatic, but what else makes the S600 more expensive or hassle than the car the OP is purchasing? And with it being CPO'd, why would any of that even matter?

$61.875.55 out the door price, and free latest NAV DVD update.
new 20 inch tires, and new brake job done at dealer
warranty for until October 2017, unlimited miles. (currently 28K)
getting it transported this week.

Why? The light colored interiors, while they look nice when new, are almost impossible to keep looking clean. Even the dye from blue jeans or dark dress slacks will eventually start darkening the seats. Unless you live in Florida, are a member of a country club, are retired in your 70's or 80's, and think that white pants and white patent leather shoes are the style of choice, I'd recommend staying away from porcelain and go with a charcoal or black interior.
see what i mean about the designo interiors? they might be tougher to keep clean but it's pure class in the cabin. works better in a warmer year round climates though.

Sweet car, interior looks amazing! Naturally I would be concerned with keeping the white seats clean but that car is too pretty not to get. I would have them remove the wing though.
