This is what I'm trying to figure out right now.... IF I should do 245/40/20 up front and the 275/35/20 rear on reps. I don't plan to lower and my tire guy keeps saying on 4matic iD be much safer with the 245 up front and it will soak more bumps and have less gaps since sidewall will be a little bigger. Need to figure this out.?

The OEM sidewall profiles look great and still give a nice ride. I'd stick with those. Anything taller on the sidewall risks looking chunky and weird. Sometimes playing it safe is worse than not playing at all. (Safe in terms of looks).
255/35 20 front, 275/35 20 rear. Ideally Michelin Pilot Super Sports for their handling and ride quality (summer only), or the AS3.

New S63 is running 255/40 front on 8.5 wheel, and 285/35 rear on 9.5 wheel. Both front and rear wheels have +35 offset. You should note the offset of your wheels, so you won't run too wide and damage your fenders.

so ET35 for these cars is perfect? for front and back?

I'd do the 8.5 front and 9.5 rear, 3mm offset. And do the 255/35 and 275/35, those are the factory sizes Mercedes used on the plus one packages for the w221 before they staggered 4matic (now we now today that you can stagger 4mtaic if it's within 3%, as now the w222 do it from factory). In person you will love it.
