W216 AUX HELP!

W216 AUX HELP!
Guys,

I was wondering if you guys can assist me, I'm trying to have the AUX turned on or activated by Mercedes and 3 NYC dealers have zero clue how to do this.

I'm asking the W221 forum because on the W216 forum there isn't much going on.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Not sure what you're asking..........on my car I just plug something in and select the AUX from the command screen.

I don't have AUX on my command screen. I read on here that to install the OEM iPod kit you first need to activate AUX via STAR. I also read that you car needs to be wired for a phone and my car already is.

I'm not sure why the two dealers that I asked have no clue on how to do this.

I had the same thing, no AUX to choose. Went to the dealer and they have no clue how to do it. Found small MB specialized shop in Chicago and they activated with Star in 1 minute
