New Headlights.

Hello fellow members just came across these headlights , hope im not blind but it dose say with night vision ..

I think you will also need:

the right camera - http://www.ebay.com/itm/S550-Mercede...-/201151861822
the correct windshield
some version coding.
potentially some harness work

I looked into it in 2012 and it seemed a bit expensive to accomplish. Not sure on the Windshield though, but everyone kept saying that was the case.

Yes, it should be....if you want the face-lifted look. If you're just trying to add night-vision, don't waste your time on the expense with everything else that has to be changed. It's just a gimmick and doesn't have much real world use. I say this from experience.

I already have night vision. Im only wondering if this really works every where i looked no one has face lift headlights for night vision ..

If that really works for night-vision equipped cars then thats great news. cause all the facelift headlights on eBay and other sellers to date have been for cars not equipped with night vision. And the price is really good too compared to those on eBay not for night vision.

That´s corect. These are brand new and we specially built these so they work WITH nightvision. Only extra needed is a adapter Cable kit for 150 euro for cars between 2006-2009.
