Urgent - ECU replacement with used can work ?

Urgent - ECU replacement with used can work ?
Greeting !
i have Mercedes W221 S600 V12 with some problem of engine control unit # 2751500479.
my technician told me that i can not replaced with used ECU because it is locked by mercedes company.
i've found used ECU with keyless go on Ebay.com and i'm intrested to bay this item but my question is :

if i replace the control unit with keyless go, it will work with no lock from mercedes ?? no need for online programing ? just replacing ECU with Keyless go and start enjoying ?

i need your urgent replay so that i can decide to bay this item or not

New ecu needs to be scn coded to your car. So a replacement one is not plug and play.

your friend,

For the keyless-go module, you can buy a used one and it will work without any programming. Make sure the part number is exactly match with yours then it should work.
